These terms govern your use of Raddy Swammi Driver Services. By booking a driver or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Raddy Swammi Driver Services is a personal driver service operated as a proprietorship by Mr. Rana Raddy Swammi Kumar. We provide trained, verified drivers who drive your own vehicle on your behalf. We do not provide vehicles for hire — we provide drivers only.
Our services include hourly driver hire, full-day driver, night driver, outstation driver, corporate driver, and airport pick-up/drop services across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
Bookings can be made via phone call (+91 8520852000), WhatsApp, or through our website contact form. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message (via SMS, WhatsApp, or call) from our team with the assigned driver's details.
We aim to confirm bookings within 30 minutes during operating hours. During peak times or late-night requests, confirmation may take longer.
Our standard pricing is as follows:
Prices are inclusive of all charges. There is no hidden fee or additional tax. Payment can be made via Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), or online bank transfer. Payment is due at the end of the service unless agreed otherwise.

You may cancel a booking at any time before the driver departs for your location at no charge. If the driver has already departed or arrived at your location, a cancellation fee of ₹100 may apply to cover the driver's travel time and fuel.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if we are unable to assign a suitable driver. In such cases, we will inform you as early as possible and no charges will apply.
Since our drivers operate your vehicle, the vehicle's own insurance policy applies during the service. We are not liable for:
In the event of an accident caused by our driver's negligence, we will cooperate fully with insurance claims and provide all necessary documentation.
Our booking office operates Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Driver services are available 24 hours, subject to driver availability. Late-night and early-morning bookings should be made at least 2 hours in advance when possible.
If you have any complaints or disputes regarding our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service. We will investigate and aim to resolve the matter within 5 working days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
