You can book a driver by calling us at +91 8520852000, sending a WhatsApp message, or filling out the contact form on our website. For urgent bookings, calling is the fastest option. We aim to confirm your booking within minutes.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 hours in advance for city services, and 24–48 hours in advance for outstation trips. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to driver availability. For corporate monthly packages, please contact us at least 3–5 days in advance.
Yes, same-day bookings are possible, subject to driver availability. Please call us directly at +91 8520852000 for same-day requests. We will do our best to accommodate your requirement, though we cannot guarantee availability for very last-minute requests.
Yes, we provide drivers for multi-day bookings including outstation trips. For outstation multi-day trips, the customer is responsible for the driver's accommodation and meals. Please discuss the full itinerary with us when booking so we can assign the right driver.
💰 Pricing & Payment
No hidden charges. All applicable costs are disclosed upfront before you confirm your booking. The base driver fee, , and any additional charges (tolls, parking, overtime) are communicated clearly. You will always know the total cost before the service begins.
We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and online bank transfer/NEFT. For corporate clients, monthly invoicing is available. invoices are provided on request.
No. All prices listed on our website are exclusive of . will be added to the final invoice. For example, if the base rate is ₹1,200, the total payable will be ₹1,200 + ₹216 () = ₹1,416.
The customer is responsible for fuel, toll charges, and parking fees. These are not included in the driver fee. For outstation trips, the customer also covers the driver's meals and accommodation. All these are disclosed and agreed upon before booking.
🔒 Safety & Verification
Every driver undergoes a multi-step verification process: (1) Driving License verification — valid LMV license required, (2) PAN Card verification for identity, (3) Background check including address and reference verification, and (4) Supervised on-road training. Driver ID details are shared with you before every trip.
Yes. For your safety, we share the assigned driver's PAN Card number and Driving License details with you before the trip begins. This allows you to verify the driver's identity when they arrive.
Your comfort and safety are our priority. If you are not comfortable with the assigned driver for any reason, please contact us immediately at +91 8520852000. We will try our best to arrange an alternative driver, subject to availability.
🚗 Service Details
We provide the driver only. The customer must provide their own vehicle. Our service is specifically designed for people who own a car but need a trained, reliable driver to operate it.
We primarily serve Gurugram and the Delhi NCR region including Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. For outstation trips, we cover major routes across North India including Jaipur, Agra, Chandigarh, Dehradun, and more.
We aim to provide round-the-clock service, subject to driver availability. Our support helpline operates during extended hours (7 AM – 10 PM on weekdays, 8 AM – 9 PM on Saturdays, 9 AM – 7 PM on Sundays). For emergency night bookings, please call us directly.
Yes, you can request a specific driver for future bookings. We will try to accommodate your preference, subject to that driver's availability. Please mention your preference when booking.
❌ Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 24+ hours before the booking: No charge. Cancellations made 4–24 hours before: 50% of the booking fee may apply. Cancellations under 4 hours: Full booking fee may be charged. No-shows are charged the full booking fee. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details.
To cancel a booking, please call us at +91 8520852000 or send a WhatsApp message as soon as possible. The earlier you cancel, the better the chances of avoiding cancellation charges.
If a driver fails to show up without prior notice, we will arrange an alternative driver as quickly as possible or provide a full refund of any advance payment made. Please contact us immediately at +91 8520852000 if this happens.
